Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Execution in New York to translate strategy into executable programs that drive delivery across filings and growth portfolios. You will lead cross-functional, end-to-end program management with governance, milestones, and risk mitigation.

You will report to the Senior Director, Project Management and operate in a hybrid NYC office with three in‑office days per week, contributing to enterprise readiness and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into executable programs and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end program management across filing lifecycle and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and dependencies are met.
