Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy intake and governance process across enterprise priorities.
• Maintain the single source of truth for portfolio strategy, scope, and status.
• Lead portfolio planning and prioritization with local markets and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and manage the portfolio roadmap aligned to filing timelines and milestones.
• Establish and manage the decision calendar to ensure timely decisions.
• Embed governance through stage gates and leadership forums to reduce disruption.
