Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Southeast portfolio to lead utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, and repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

This remote role includes 25%–50% travel to field sites, with DEPCOM’s Project Delivery Organization guiding disciplined execution nationwide. You will apply Principle Based Management to strengthen ownership, improve execution, and build trusted customer relationships from

Qualifications

• Must have EPC/industrial or large capital project experience valued in the hundreds of millions.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, contracts or customer commitments.
• Prior success leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Valid US driver’s license is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through closeout.
• Use economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule and value tradeoffs for timely decisions.
• Build high-performing teams by setting clear expectations and coaching for contribution.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, and internal partners for transparent communication.
• Strengthen relationships by resolving challenges and delivering mutual long-term value.
