Job summary

BroadPeak Investment Group is seeking a hands-on Portfolio Controller to own accounting for the entire platform, across multiple entities and family-office structures. You will drive a standardized close, automation, and clear reporting for management.

You will lead a hybrid U.S. and offshore team, implement ERP and AI-driven improvements, and work with executives on deal-integrations and financial controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years accounting experience
• Experience with private equity portfolio accounting or family-office accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
• Experience leading offshore/distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Run monthly close across all entities and consolidate financials.
• Standardize chart of accounts and close processes.
• Lead hybrid U.S. and offshore accounting team.
• Implement automation and AI to streamline close, AP/AR, and reporting.
