Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Manager II (Finance) to oversee day-to-day Association operations and administration. You will work with Board Members and senior staff to align activities with strategic goals, develop and monitor budgets, and prepare timely financial reporting.

You will coordinate vendor contracts, audit invoices, and ensure compliance with covenants and governing documents. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Association operations and administrative functions.
• Develop strategic direction with Board Members and Senior Managers.
• Budget development, monitoring and reporting for the Associations.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and review invoices for payment.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and compliance with governing documents.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce recorded rules and regulations.
• Attend board and annual meetings; prepare notices, agendas and minutes.
• Ensure adherence to all laws and client procedures.
