Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Licensed Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to oversee associations and work with boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver excellent service.

The role focuses on governance, financials, and property operations. You must hold a Florida CAM license and have prior community management experience; strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential; a valid driver's license is required; this is a full-time salaried

Qualifications

• Possess Florida CAM license
• Prior Community Management Experience
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a valid motor vehicle license with clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations
