3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Excellence & Insights Lead (senior IC) to partner with JMFE BU leadership, delivering portfolio analytics, financial insights, data visualization, automation, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of project portfolio management concepts and delivery lifecycles.
Ability to provide portfolio-level analysis and insight without owning programs or projects.
Understanding of how portfolio decisions are influenced by financials, resources, priorities, risks, and constraints.

Responsibilities

Analyze portfolio performance, delivery trends, financial metrics, resource data, risks, and dependencies across programs.
Develop portfolio-level insights and recommendations to support leadership planning and investment decisions.
Identify patterns, trends, gaps, and opportunities across the portfolio using historical and current data.
Support leadership in understanding portfolio health, direction, and performance via data-driven reporting.
Create financial and analytical views that link portfolio activity to business outcomes and value realization.
Develop financial reporting visuals to improve transparency and understanding of performance.
Identify financial risks, variances, and optimization opportunities for leadership consideration.
Provide planning inputs by delivering financial and analytical insights for tradeoffs and investments.
