Job summary

Granite Solutions Groupe seeks a Lead Systems Analyst to join the Portfolio Analysis Technology team. You will partner with PMs and analysts to translate investment workflows into scalable tech solutions that support portfolio analytics, risk, and decision-making.

You will drive end-to-end analysis across data, analytics, and UX, collaborate with engineers and architects, and champion Agile practices in a global investment platform environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, business or finance.
• 5+ years as a Systems/Business Analyst in complex tech environments.
• Experience working directly with front office teams.
• Understanding of asset management analytics and portfolio concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with portfolio managers and research analysts to understand analytics and workflows.
• Lead analysis for portfolio initiatives and translate needs into requirements and stories.
• Oversee end-to-end analysis across systems including data, analytics and UX.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and product teams on solutions and tradeoffs.
• Drive agile practices with epics, stories, acceptance criteria and sprint participation.
• Support delivery from concept through release and rollout readiness.
• Drive investor workflow improvements based on feedback and usage.
• Provide hands-on testing, production support and issue resolution.
