Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology portfolio management, PMO leadership, program management, or similar demand management role.
• Experience constructing lean business cases, measuring benefits, and modeling capacity against demand.
• Experience running or supporting an investment governance forum and preparing decision packages.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the intake process from demand submission through governance.
• Maintain the portfolio backlog and demand record as the single source of truth for submitted, qualified, funded and completed work.
• Track value realization and report portfolio health, risk, and benefits to executives; ensure capacity is released or written off as needed.
• Engage across enterprise architecture, UX research, data office, risk/compliance, and finance to shape demand against constraints.
