Job summary

Santander US is seeking an entry‑ to early‑career SCIB Portfolio Management Analyst to support credit spreading, portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring, and reporting across SCIB lending portfolios.

You will work with Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG corporate lending and GTB exposures, developing foundational expertise in CIB lending lifecycle management and supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, Excel and corporate finance.
• Exposure to banking, credit, lending, infrastructure finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, IG corporate lending or GTB helpful.

Responsibilities

• Credit spreading and analysis support using financial statements and portfolio templates.
• Support quarterly/annual reviews with financials, covenant data, collateral, borrower updates.
• Prepare initial variance analysis, ratio outputs, covenant calculations and portfolio summaries.
• Maintain trackers for financial statement delivery, covenants, collateral, insurance and reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm post‑close and monitoring requirements.
• Assist with document organization for audits, credit reviews, regulatory requests and management reporting.
