Job summary

ProShares is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support the Portfolio Management (PM) career track from Analyst to Director levels. The role supports ETF and mutual fund management, trading under supervision, and data analysis to align with investment objectives.

You will collaborate on portfolio construction, asset allocation, security selection and performance reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, math or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in fund accounting or investment operations preferred.
• Security or derivative trading and operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management of ETFs and mutual funds under oversight.
• Place trades within regulatory requirements and guidelines for best execution.
• Review data sets to ensure accurate processing and reporting of funds.
• Collaborate with the portfolio management team on construction, allocation and repositioning.
• Monitor portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the day.
