Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience at T. Rowe Price or industry.
• Experience supporting equity, ETF, or cross-asset portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with technology aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Project management experience.
• MBA/MS in Finance or CFA (preferred).
• Experience with ETF launches or Capital Markets workflows (preferred).
• Knowledge of derivatives and portfolio modeling (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategy coverage and day-to-day portfolio implementation with emphasis on risk controls.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and traders to implement new strategies.
• Refine modeling capabilities for evolving needs and scalability.
• Support ETF launches and ongoing fund management in collaboration with Capital Markets.
• Act as SME on portfolio modeling and guide stakeholders through complex issues.
• Build modeling tools to support new client requirements and regulatory mandates.
• Strengthen process controls to reduce investment risk and improve discipline.
• Support derivatives modeling across asset classes and cross-asset capabilities.
• Understand each PM's investment process and translate into efficient implementations.
• Coordinate with PIAs across Baltimore, London, and Hong Kong desks to share best practices.
• Work with Compliance and Legal to interpret investment requirements and monitoring approaches.
