Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Product Specialist to support the ETF platform across asset classes, regions, and channels through data analysis, reporting, and operational support.

You will partner with senior team members to drive product health, market insights, and scalable workflows, while applying automation/AI to improve efficiency. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with data, analytics, and reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL is required; automation tools like Python/R preferred.
• Familiarity with financial data platforms (Morningstar/FactSet/Bloomberg).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint; ability to present data effectively.
• Interest in automation/AI to improve efficiency and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support ETF product platform growth across classes, regions, and channels.
• Conduct data analysis, business case modeling, and platform reporting.
• Collaborate with ETF product team on positioning, narratives, and research agendas.
• Develop reporting tools and workflows to improve visibility into product health and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to reporting and research.
