Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an ETF Product Specialist to help grow and develop the ETF product platform across assets and channels. You will monitor product health, conduct data analysis, research, and reporting while providing operational support.

You will partner with senior ETF Product team members on strategic priorities, including product positioning and narratives, research agendas, platform management, and partner engagement. This role emphasizes automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with data, analytics, and/or reporting, translating complex information into actionable business recommendations and product insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL is required; experience with automation tools such as Python, R, VBA, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Morningstar, FactSet, and Bloomberg.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint), with experience sourcing, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Demonstrated interest in automation and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and repeatability across processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of an expanding ETF platform across new and existing products, regions, and distribution channels.
• Conduct data analysis, business case modeling, competitive research, sales inquiries, and platform reporting.
• Partner with ETF Product team members to execute strategic priorities including product positioning, narratives, research agendas, and engagement.
• Develop and enhance reporting, tools, and workflows to improve visibility into product health, market trends, client needs, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities and apply automation and AI to improve efficiency and scalability across reporting and research.
• Leverage data and tools to help the team operate more effectively and support broader priorities.
