Job summary

ProShares is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance who will partner with the Chief Compliance Officer and multiple business units to ensure robust regulatory programs for ETFs and registered investment advisers. The role emphasizes policy development, monitoring, and oversight across the organization.

The incumbent will mentor staff, handle audits, interpret evolving regulations, and provide training to sales, marketing, strategy, and portfolio management teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and regulatory knowledge with focus on investment companies and ETFs.
• Experience drafting and implementing policies and procedures; audit experience preferred.
• Ability to train staff and provide counsel to multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Act with CCO to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Serve as Compliance Officer in the absence of the CCO.
• Direct the Compliance function across the organization.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues; monitor control effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with regulators, SROs and service providers; benchmark policies.
