Job summary

Ridgeline seeks an engineering leader to drive AI‑driven development across Portfolio Accounting. You will guide multiple teams, shape architecture, and align engineering outcomes with Ridgeline’s strategic goals.

You will mentor senior ICs and engineering managers, foster a culture of learning, and partner with Product, Design, and Quality to deliver high‑impact features in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on software engineering management or similar.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Fintech domains.
• Ability to own and deliver complex cross‑team initiatives.
• Clear and crisp communicator able to influence senior leaders.
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of growing leaders (EMs and senior ICs).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and architecture patterns.
• Structured problem solving with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams in AI‑driven engineering to improve productivity and quality.
• Guide architecture decisions and contribute to technical standards across Portfolio Accounting.
• Own roadmaps, deliver high‑impact features, and ensure on‑time delivery with quality.
• Coach and grow senior ICs and engineering managers, fostering career development.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Design, and QA to align outcomes with business goals.
