Job summary

Core Spaces is hiring a Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation of our student housing community. This on-site, hourly role supports move-ins/move-outs, turns, and resident events under supervision. You will handle daily cleaning, groundskeeping, and trash management while ensuring property readiness and a positive resident experience.

The position requires physical activity, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for growth in a vibrant, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience recognizing cleanliness, safety and property needs preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform physically active work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance and curb appeal of the community across exterior areas and common spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning, groundskeeping, trash management, and property presentation tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns and escalate as needed.
• Support move-ins/move-outs, turns, inspections, and resident events with on-site teams.
• Document completed work in company systems and adhere to safety procedures.
