Job summary

Lancaster Campus in Columbus, OH is seeking a Dedicated Porter to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our properties. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with a friendly team to support residents and keep common areas inviting.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, hallways, restrooms; assisting with grounds; furniture placement; snow removal; pool and light maintenance as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently.
