Responsibilities

The Porter reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• Assistwith furniture placement in the common areas and individual unitsRemove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

Qualifications
