Job summary

PAG CDJR LN LLC is seeking a service porter to help manage vehicle flow through the service stalls, lanes, and parking areas. You will work with service advisors to track tasks, move vehicles, and ensure proper installation of steering wheel covers and floor mats during service and delivery.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the service parking lot.Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other duties.Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed.Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.Remove the steering wheel cover and floor mats before service deliveryClean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by managementProvide transportation for customersMust be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lotsMust follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a managerDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendorsJob Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.Must be energetic and able to walk at a fast pace and stand for 8 hours a dayMust have a valid driver's license with a good driving recordMust be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehiclesMust be able to lift 50 pounds by self more than 50 with assistanceMust be able to tolerate harsh weather conditions: excessive heat and excessive coldMust be able and willing to spend most of the day outdoors
