Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lane, service drive, and parking lot.
• Work with service advisors to track tasks, move vehicles, and uphold display standards.
• Ensure each vehicle has steering wheel cover and floor mat installed.
• Prepare customer vehicles for return after service repairs.
• Remove steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery.
• Clean driveway, sidewalks, and surrounding areas as directed by management.
• Provide transportation for customers.
• Stay alert to traffic flow to sales and service lots.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents to a manager.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the service parking lot.
• Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other duties.
• Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
• Remove the steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery
• Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management
• Provide transportation for customers
• Must be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
