Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor, Porter to manage inventory, staffing, payroll, and vendor coordination within the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams at Starbase, TX. You will supervise porters, optimize orders, and support events and operations on site.

Responsibilities include inventory control, reconciliation of invoices, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment while coordinating with culinary staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory control and staff supervision experience.
• Experience in food service or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage payroll and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory for Culinary and Food & Beverage, place orders.
• Receive deliveries and inspect products from vendors daily.
• Supervise porter staff and coordinate event setup and support.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile invoices.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in operations and work areas.
