Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a passionate Community Life Associate to plan and deliver a refined, wellness-focused program for residents. Join a premier aging-in-place environment where teamwork and creativity help residents thrive.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, implement activities on weekends/holidays, and build meaningful relationships with residents, supporting health and well-being through engaging programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing activities preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field; experience in resident programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a well-rounded community life program.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Support a wellness-centered program and resident health.

Job Requirements

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred

• Computer literate with MS Office Suite including apps like Canva, etc.
