Two Coast Living in Fresno is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll handle daily cleaning, groundskeeping, and light maintenance while supporting the maintenance and property management teams.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage. The position offers an entry point into the maintenance career path with growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year in multifamily, hospitality, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, or customer service preferred.
• Porter/groundskeeping/custodial or residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Position Summary

The Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the assigned multifamily community. This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming environment by ensuring all common areas, grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained. The Porter / Groundskeeper supports daily property operations through routine cleaning, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and resident service while working closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to enhance the overall resident experience.

Work Arrangement

Location: Onsite | Crown Point Cascades | Fresno, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekend/Holiday Support: Occasional weekends and holiday coverage based on business needs

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $18 – $20/hr (dependent on experience, skills, and location)
• Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary bonus upon eligibility
• Incentives: Eligibility-based long-term incentives and performance-based awards
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Qualifications: Required Education & Experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, landscaping tools, and other job-related equipment

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel occasionally between nearby communities as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
