Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in multifamily, hospitality, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, or customer service preferred.
• Porter, groundskeeping, custodial, or residential maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming environment by ensuring all common areas, grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained.
