Job summary

Rivers Casino in Philadelphia is seeking a Facilities Cleaner to maintain clean, safe and inviting spaces across casino floors, bars, lounges, and back-of-house areas, following company standards.

Responsibilities include sweeping, scrubbing floors, cleaning drains and fixtures, washing walls and windows, moving waste, and assisting with general housekeeping. Must lift up to 75 pounds and work flexible shifts, including holidays; prior experience preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• One year related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Cleans bar areas, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and other front/back house areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans drains, equipment, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
• Polishes metalwork; washes walls, ceilings, woodwork; washes windows.
• Transports trash, waste and recyclable materials to disposal area.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Other duties may be assigned.
