You will work with hand and power tools as needed, handle waste, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The position requires 18+ years old, GED, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• One year related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.

• Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Responsibilities

• Clean bars, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and other front and back-of-house areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans drains, equipment, rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows and sills.
• Transports trash, waste and recyclables to disposal area.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans bar areas, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices and other front of the house and back of the house areas.
