Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking Maintenance Groundskeepers / Porters to preserve the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our communities in San Antonio, TX. You will perform a variety of upkeep tasks to keep common areas welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities include trash pickup, cleaning breezeways and stairwells, maintaining dumpster areas, and assisting the maintenance team as needed. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior maintenance or custodial experience is preferred.

• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces

• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
