Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking Groundskeepers/Porters to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our San Antonio, TX communities. You will be responsible for keeping common spaces neat, picking up trash, and supporting the maintenance team with light tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior custodial or maintenance experience is preferred, with teamwork and reliability valued in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities
