The Ascent Apartments in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the property's cleanliness and curb appeal. This on‑site role supports the maintenance team with light tasks and helps ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

You should have some custodial or maintenance experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well both independently and with a team. Training is provided; competitive pay with benefits including medical, PTO, and retirement plans.
