Tarantino Properties, Inc. is hiring Groundskeepers/Porters to maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our communities in San Antonio, TX.

You will keep the property neat and welcoming for residents and assist the maintenance team with light tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have prior maintenance or custodial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Tarantino Properties is currently seeking for Groundskeepers / Porters to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our communities in San Antonio, TX.

Essential Functions

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
  

Requirements
