Job description

We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 408 apartment units.

Qualifications:

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs

• Work under the direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
• Bilingual skills (any language) are a plus

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
