Job summary

Management Support at Sky at Chandler Airpark in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain grounds for a Class A/B multifamily property with 504 units. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with bi-weekly payroll and benefits.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on experience, plus Medical PPO Health Plan, Dental, 401(k) and Life insurance. Local interview process and on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs.
• Grounds care and trash pickup performed as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to follow directions from Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Bilingualism is a plus and may assist communication with residents.
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds for Sky at Chandler Airpark property.
• Assist with trash pickup and grounds upkeep as directed.
• Work under the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager supervision.
• Support in daily operations and resident care as needed.

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
