Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper at Las Colinas at Black Canyon in Phoenix, AZ to maintain grounds for the 304-unit property and provide reliable outdoor upkeep.

You will work under the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager with biweekly payroll and benefits including medical PPO, dental, 401(k) and life insurance; bilingual applicants are a plus.

We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [304] apartment units.

Our hourly pay rate is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website https://www.rentanapt.com/, along with the website of the property to which you are applying.

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
