Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Houston is seeking a groundskeeper for our 230-unit luxury apartment community near major highways and Galleria. You will maintain property grounds and common areas, enjoying outdoor work and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.

Job description

Rate: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 230-unit luxury apartment community conveniently located near major highways and Houston's Galleria! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

Requirements
