Key Responsibilities

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in enhancing the curb appeal and cleanliness of our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the property clean by removing debris, trash, and clutter from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Community Upkeep: Maintain the appearance of amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office, ensuring all shared spaces are pristine and inviting.
• Vacant Unit Preparation: Assist in preparing apartments for new move-ins by conducting light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Resident Service Requests: Support the maintenance team by responding to service requests and assisting with general repairs as directed.
• Landscaping Assistance: Help maintain landscaping, including watering plants, trimming bushes, and ensuring outdoor spaces are well-kept.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least one year of experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
