Summer Lawn Care Worker

We are seeking a summer lawn care worker to join our grounds crew at Concordia at Cabot. Responsibilities include regular lawn maintenance and equipment upkeep across the campus. We value hardworking, motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor work. Paid on-the-job training is provided, and seasonal employees may have opportunities for weekend and holiday work.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and polite attitude towards residents
• Experience with operating equipment and power tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and follow supervisor instructions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition
• Mowing, mulching, planting
