Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Porter to maintain the outdoor spaces at our Nashville apartment community. You'll help keep lawns, walkways, and common areas neat, safe, and welcoming, delivering great first impressions to residents and guests.

This role emphasizes dependability, hard work, and a positive team spirit. Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required, and advancement opportunities are available through maintenance tracks.
