Responsibilities include outdoor upkeep, assisting with apartment turns, minor maintenance, and reporting issues to management. Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in porter/janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Perform daily upkeep of outdoor areas (walkways, parking lots, trash/recycling areas).
• Assist with apartment turns, including cleaning units for new residents.
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks (changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or property damage to management promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, leasing office, restrooms, and amenities
• Perform daily upkeep of outdoor areas such as walkways, parking lots, and trash/recycling areas
• Assist with apartment turns, including cleaning units and preparing them for new residents
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks as needed (changing light bulbs, minor repairs, etc.)
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or property damage to management promptly
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and guests

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
