The Lion Real Estate Group seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain our apartment communities. You’ll spend your day outdoors, keep grounds neat and welcoming, and travel between properties to preserve curb appeal across our portfolio.

Your positive attitude helps residents feel safe and cared for, while teamwork ensures spaces look their best every day. Experience in porter, janitorial, or landscaping is a plus; reliability, detail-orientation, and a willingness to work in all weather are

Qualifications

• Experience in porter/janitorial/landscaping preferred (but not required).
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A positive team player who takes pride in their work.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
• Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
