Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a friendly Porter to travel between our Dallas apartment communities and help maintain curb appeal. You will keep grounds and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

You’ll work outdoors in varying weather, support the maintenance team on make-ready and small projects, and take pride in a job well done. Prior porter or landscaping experience is a plus, but reliability and a team spirit are what we value most.

Qualifications

• Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation, ability to travel between properties.
• Positive team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
• Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
