Lion Real Estate Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Porter to maintain the grounds and common areas across our apartment communities. This full-time role involves outdoor work, trash removal, breezeway cleaning, and light upkeep, with travel between properties to keep each site welcoming and well cared for.

You’ll help create curb appeal that residents notice as they arrive home. You’ll join a supportive team that values reliability, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in porter/janitorial/landscaping preferred but not required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Willing to travel between properties across Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities across properties.
• Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat.
• Assist with breezeways, light upkeep, and make-ready tasks.
• Support maintenance with special projects and responsive service to residents.
