Position Overview:

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of our upscale community. Your responsibilities include ensuring the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas meet the highest standards. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and fulfill resident service requests as directed by the Community Director.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the community, adhering to established standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC filter changes, storm drain and sewer cleanout, and lubricating, oiling, greasing, and checking mechanical systems.
• Assist in landscaping for the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they are move-in ready.
• Respond to and complete resident service requests promptly.
• Comply with company and community operating, safety policies, and federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in the field, with maintenance experience considered a plus.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service as part of a community team dedicated to a high-quality living environment.
