Job summary

Richdale Apartments is hiring Porter/Grounds staff to support multiple luxury communities in Des Moines, IA. You will perform final prep, small repairs, drywall work, and light maintenance to keep units ready for residents.

Responsibilities include landscaping, pool upkeep, trash removal, and general grounds care. A positive attitude and customer service focus are essential as you help maintain a welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents.
• Perform light maintenance and basic repairs.
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments.
• Drywall repair and paint touch-up.
• Door and lock changes; light plumbing and electrical.
• Landscaping and pool maintenance responsibilities.
• Trash pick-up and removal and other duties as assigned.
