HOUSTON APARTMENT FOUNDATION is seeking a motivated Porter/Grounds person for luxury apartments in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities include maintaining property aesthetics, performing general grounds and pool maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness. Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents.
• Perform light maintenance.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• General grounds and pool maintenance.
• Landscape-planting and weeding.
• Trash pickup and removal.
• Perform touch-up paint, changing light bulbs, washing floor windows, and other duties as assigned.
