Job summary

Richdale Apartments in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a dedicated Porter/Grounds to keep our properties clean, attractive and well maintained. You will work on grounds upkeep, pool and general maintenance tasks, assisting with touch-ups and repairs as needed.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-oriented individual with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior basic maintenance or general labor experience is preferred; this is a team-driven position with

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year of basic maintenance or general labor experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Eye for detail to keep property presentable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and buildings for curb appeal.
• General grounds and pool maintenance.
• Landscape planting and weeding.
• Trash pickup and removal.
• Other duties may include touch up paint and changing light bulbs.

A Bit About The Role

• Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
• General grounds and pool maintenance
• Landscape-planting and weeding
• Trash pickup and removal
• Other duties may include touch up paint, changing light bulbs, washing first floor windows, and other grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
