Job summary

The Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the exterior of our multi-family communities in Arlington, TX. You will keep common areas clean, manage grounds upkeep, and support a friendly resident experience.

Responsibilities include trash removal, light landscaping, and routine custodial tasks. A high school diploma (GED) is preferred, and some experience is required. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

• Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff.

What do we need you to do?Provide a pleasant experience in a multi-family residential apartment to our residents both current and prospective by maintaining the common areas/grounds and making sure everything is attractive and orderly.

The Job:The groundskeeper/porter is responsible for the general upkeep of the grounds, exterior buildings, leasing office and parking lots. Specific responsibilities include:
