Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, common areas, and performing light maintenance tasks while supporting residents and the on-site team. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required.
• Good eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by cleaning grounds and dumpsters daily.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable (lobbies, hallways, laundry, pools).
• Assist maintenance with light tasks (bulbs, touch-ups, locks, vacants).
• Distribute notices and provide friendly resident support.
