+ Location: Capital One Lounge - 1 Saarinen Circle, Sterling, VA 20166. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
2. Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
4. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness.
5. Keep display equipment clean and in compliance with safety standards during meal service.
6. Assist with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
9. Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
10. Follow all company policies, including the use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
