Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped before service.
2. Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment.
4. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashers, ensuring sanitation.
5. Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards.
6. Assist with receiving deliveries and transporting items safely.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
9. Commit to safety for yourself and others.
10. Abide by all company policies, including safety and sanitation protocols.
